Provide students with a comprehensive Electrology and Laser Program designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a successful career in the field. This program focuses on providing students with a solid foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications of short wave, blend, and galvanic methods as well as laser technology. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates may apply for the state licensing exam and the national certification testing.

Throughout the program, students will delve into the study of various topics related to Electrology and laser technology. They will learn about the anatomy and physiology of skin and hair, principles of electricity, laser physics, and the different types of hair removal techniques. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the safety protocols, contraindications, and precautions associated with these procedures.

The curriculum combines classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory practice, and real-world clinical experiences to ensure students gain a well-rounded education. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in simulated and actual clinical settings. They will learn how to operate the latest equipment used in Electrology and laser procedures.

The program also covers important topics such as client consultation, treatment planning, infection control, and ethical considerations. Students will develop strong communication skills and learn how to interact professionally with clients, providing them with personalized treatment plans and addressing their concerns.

AN ACCELERATED PROGRAM IS ONLY ALLOWED BY SPECIAL ACCEPTANCE BY THE DIRECTOR OF THE ACADEMY.

The accelerated program requires that the student attend 56 hrs per week.

The student will be required to submit a written request for acceptance into the accelerated programs and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the demand of such a tough schedule and understand that they must complete ALL work and clock hours in order to graduate. The accelerated programs are available in English and Spanish.
